TRESSEMANN & VOGT (T&V) started as a company in the porcelain decorating and exporting business during the early 1880s. It did not start manufacturing porcelain until 1891.
The green mark "T&V" in the rectangle over “FRANCE” is an underglaze white ware (manufacturer/firing) mark used by the firm ca. 1892-1907.
